  • Lead and coach service engineers to ensure customer requirements are met with high-quality solutions.
  • Visit customers on-site to provide technical support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform growth and strategy.
  • Formulate flexible spare parts sales strategies based on sales data and market conditions.
  • Lead, coach and provide guidance and supervision to the staff of team, ensure the implementation of the strategy and achieve spare parts sales goals.
  • Summarize and analyze the spare parts sales data monthly and adjust the actions to meet changes in the market.
  • Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows and customer meetings.
  • Cooperate with related departments to always maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Support aftermarket managers and help them build a strong team with agility.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Degree qualified in scientific, engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years field service experience, with 3 year+ management experience will be preferred
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong management knowledge
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)
