- Lead and coach service engineers to ensure customer requirements are met with high-quality solutions.
- Visit customers on-site to provide technical support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform growth and strategy.
- Formulate flexible spare parts sales strategies based on sales data and market conditions.
- Lead, coach and provide guidance and supervision to the staff of team, ensure the implementation of the strategy and achieve spare parts sales goals.
- Summarize and analyze the spare parts sales data monthly and adjust the actions to meet changes in the market.
- Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows and customer meetings.
- Cooperate with related departments to always maintain good relationships with customers.
- Support aftermarket managers and help them build a strong team with agility.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Degree qualified in scientific, engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years field service experience, with 3 year+ management experience will be preferred
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong management knowledge
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)
