JOB.TITLE, OU.LOCATION, CUSTOM.STATE Interfor is seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as a JOB.TITLE for our sawmill. Starting rate for this position is $35.66 per hour. What You’ll Do This is a casual position. The shift is both Saturday and Sunday. Work in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety rules and regulations. Occupational First Aid Level 3 is an asset. Clean up various parts of the sawmill. Assist trades employees with cleanup, spark watch and other duties as required. What You Offer Highly motivated self-starter with a safety conscious attitude. Available to work weekend shifts. Able to work in an environment that includes exposure to weather, moving mechanical parts, noise, and radiant energy. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in labour roles. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to maintain a safe work environment without compromise. Recognize problems and have them corrected immediately. Understand the importance of teamwork and have a positive impact on the team. Open-minded and positive in dealing with change and new ways of doing things.
