- Safety: Champion a culture of safety and lead by example.
- Operations: Oversee planer mill, dry kiln, yards, and shipping for productivity, quality, and cost control.
- Environment: Manage environmental activities, including storm water, dust, and process water systems.
- Collaboration: Liaise with sales and process control teams to align products and drive value.
- Improvement: Lead continuous improvement and support capital projects.
- Experience: 3 years in heavy industrial or manufacturing operations
- Leadership: 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Expertise: solid understanding of lumber manufacturing processes and equipment (planer, kiln)
