- Salaries
 starting from $3,300 per month (based on your year in
 school and previous experience).

What You’ll Do
As an Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full scope of mill operations, supporting both production and quality control. You’ll assist with daily tasks, analyze data, and help solve operational challenges. Your work will contribute to projects aimed at improving process flow, efficiency, and product quality. Throughout your term, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, gain exposure to leadership in a fast-paced industrial setting and build practical skills that go beyond the classroom.
What You Offer
- Working towards a degree or diploma in
 Wood Products Processing, Business, Operations Management, Engineering
 (Industrial or Mechanical), or any industry-related degree/diploma.
- Commitment to maintain a safe work
 environment without compromise.
- Desire to perform hands-on work in an
 industrial environment.
-  Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel,
 Word and Outlook.
