Position Summary
Maintain customer satisfaction by assuring that all orders meet customer requirements.
General Purpose
Process customer orders from receipt through shipment and delivery, including processing, tracking, editing, adjustments, and communication.

Position Responsibilities
- Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs, and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers’ expectation
- Communicate with customers, sales representatives, brokers, etc. over the telephone to communicate customer order status and/or adjustment where necessary in a timely, pleasing, and efficient manner
- Receive, enter, and track customer orders to insure timely shipments and correct billing.
- Verify that customer is not on credit hold before accepting an order and notify sales representative if a problem exists.
- Verify that order meet our specified lead times
- Publish and distribute an open order report, which includes new orders, pick-up or delivery dates, purchase order numbers, inventory status, scheduled and actual production, and orders that have been delivered
- Handle all product complaints with end users to assure proper resolution.
- Work directly with Sales team to ensure successful execution of Crider customer policy
- Process sample order requests from the sales field
Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred
- Must be able to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Computer knowledge. Must know excel, word, power point and Macola (preferred)
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to recommend and implement areas for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of products and services sufficient to answer routine customer questions
- Knowledge of general office procedures sufficient to work with and coordinate activities with other employees
- Strong persuasion skills
