Position Summary
This person serves as a lead in maintaining production quota and provides on-site training and orientation for new hires to the production area.
Position Responsibilities
- Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs, and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers' expectations.
- Responsible for showing new employees the job functions and helping the new hire to get familiar with the environment.
- Must be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers to make sure production goals are met.
- Communicate with other employees to ensure product is correctly handled.
- Must be able to train new workers.
- Obey company safety rules and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Must have at least (6) six months consecutive months work experience in a production or manufacturing role at Crider Foods.
- Familiar with the company and department functions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Lives our Cores Values.
- Demonstrates patience with new hire and questions.
- Is a Team Player.
- Have a good performance history.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Vocational/technical school completion or equivalent training.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to bend regularly and lift up to 50 pounds.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
