Customer Service Specialist

· Communicate with customers, sales representatives, brokers, etc. to communicate customer order status and/or adjustment where necessary in a timely, pleasing and efficient manner
· Receive, enter, and track customer orders to ensure timely shipments and correct billing
· Verify that customer is not on credit hold before accepting an order and notify sales representative if a problem exists
· Verify that orders meet our specified lead times
· Publish and distribute reports requested by the Sales team and customers to include information regarding new orders, pick-up or delivery dates, purchase order numbers, inventory status, scheduled and actual production, and orders that have been delivered
· Handle all product complaints with end users to assure proper resolution
· Work directly with Sales team to ensure successful execution of Crider customer policy
· Process sample order requests from the sales field
