Position Summary
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler performs administrative support functions for the maintenance department. Tasks include planning, scheduling, document control, purchase requisitioning, cost controls, and personnel responsibilities.
Position Responsibilities
- Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs, and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers’ expectations.
- Perform work order processes to include, but not limited to, generating, and distributing work orders, filing completed work orders, and ensuring proper charge codes are applied.
- Generate basic care orders and follow up on order completions.
- Provide support to the Maintenance Department

Preferred Relevant Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of administrative support experience
- Experience utilizing systems to generate statistical reports and work orders.
- Experience with Microsoft Word (creating documents), Excel (creating spreadsheets and utilizing formulas), PowerPoint (creating presentations), and Outlook (scheduling meetings and creating/sending/responding to email)
- Basic office knowledge such as copying, scanning, faxing and phone systems

- Work Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to hot and cold conditions prevalent at the time. The production area is normally damp or wet. The noise level in the work environment is of a level that may require hearing protection. The work hours are normally Monday through Friday and some weekends. The hours will vary due to production demands.
