Recruitment Coordinator

Position Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator will execute and deliver recruiting services and human resources support for the business. In this role, you will administer local recruitment processes, including candidate interviewing, selection and offer processes and supporting activities to ensure applicants transition through the hiring process is efficient and within compliance. You will also partner closely with human resources teams to provide local employee experience and project support.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full cycle recruitment and fulfillment of a variety of positions including but not limited to interviewing, selection, and offer management, and onboarding.
- Oversee and manage correspondence and coordinate background and pre-employment screening processes for candidates.
- Ensure accurate process documentation and compliance management.
- Provide status updates/communications for candidates and hiring managers.
- Assists with the coordination of Hiring Events and other projects as needed.
- Assists with managing internship program.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Works with medical manager to schedule all new hires for medical screening and hearing tests.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Utilize and understand relevant recruitment technology systems.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Essential Skills and Experience
- 2-year Degree/Associates Degree and/or prior recruitment experience.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to effectively present information to management.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
- Ability to write reports, job descriptions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
- Professional demeanor and outgoing personality with the ability to relate to diverse team members.
- Computer savvy (MS Office suite, Human Resources systems, and Internet software).
