Position Summary
Ensure that all paperwork is completed on all loads received and shipped as well as dealing with customer complaints
General Purpose
To assist the supervisor and lead by entering in information and maintaining office duties.

Position Responsibilities
- Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectation.
- Research all discrepancies with overages, shorts and damages on inbound and outbound loads.
- Gathering and completing all paperwork that needs to be submitted to accounting.
- Enter the prior day’s paperwork into Macola correctly.
- Deal with all incoming phone calls that come into the office.
- Must be able to type all export certificates to specifications.
- Make sure all outbound loads that are loaded on your shift are billed and shipped in a timely manner.
- Ensure all receiving loads that are unloaded on your shift must be completed prior to your leaving.
- All pallet exchanges and releasing of trucks must be done in a timely manner.
- Must keep inbound and outbound logs for your shift. 3rd shift clerk must scan and e-mail log at the end of shift.
- Must send all e-mails dealing with inbound and outbound loads to customers and people within the company.
- Type all kill certificates for all outbound loads on your shift.
- Must always remain professional regarding handling phone calls, questions, emails, appearance and interacting with customers and other employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- In case of absence of key personnel, the job will be filled by a trained employee.

- Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, climb stairs; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employees should expect normal work hours to apply, unless there is a fellow employee that is absent or has been terminated. At this time hours are subject to change until all positions are filled. Overtime is required but is kept to a minimum if possible.
